You are not just a physical body. You are an energetic being — and everything you have been through lives in your field: the stress, the grief, the old patterns, the places where you got stuck and never quite got free. In this session, we work with all of it.

WHAT IS INTEGRATED ENERGY HEALING?
Energy healing works with your body's subtle energy systems — clearing blocks caused
by limiting beliefs, old conditioning, emotional wounds, and the weight of experiences that never fully resolved. When those blocks are released, your natural ability to heal and thrive can come forward.
I call my work "integrated" because it draws on everything I have learned and developed over thirty years of practice across many traditions and modalities. There is no single method or script. I read what is happening in your energy field and respond to it — using whatever combination of techniques, tools, and intuitive guidance is right for you in that moment.

While many people experience profound shifts during or after a session, I don't make promises or guarantees about specific outcomes. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. I approach every session with genuine intention for your highest good — trusting that the healing will support what is best for you at this time.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION
We begin with a brief conversation about what you're carrying and what you most need from the session. This helps me customize the work for you specifically.
You'll then lie down comfortably on a massage table — fully clothed, with pillows and bolsters for support. If lying down isn't comfortable for you, we can adjust. Please wear comfortable clothing and avoid strong fragrances.
Once you're settled, simply relax, close your eyes, and let go. Allow whatever comes up to arise naturally without trying to control or interpret it. Your only job is to receive.
Depending on what I sense in your field, I may work with vibrational sound — crystal singing bowls, instruments, or ambient music — shamanic healing techniques, or my mesa. The session itself typically runs 30 to 35 minutes, with time at the beginning and end to connect and integrate.
Everyone's experience is different. Some people feel deep relaxation. Some experience emotional release, visions, colors, or sensations they've never felt before. Some feel very little in the moment but notice significant shifts in the days that follow. All of it is valid. I'll support you through whatever comes up.
MY MESA | MEDICINE BAG
At the heart of my healing work is my mesa — an Andean Q'ero medicine bag that I have been building for over a decade, filled with sacred objects collected from some of the most powerful sacred sites in Peru and Bolivia.
The elders I trained with — Q'ero healers carrying a lineage that spans more than ten generations — would find rocks at sacred sites and give them to me to add to the mesa. Each stone was chosen with intention. Each one carries the energy of the place it came from and the hands that held it before mine.
Among the most significant stones in my mesa are meteorite stones gifted to me by a mystic elder in Bolivia — ancient stones from a healing lineage that spans hundreds of generations, used for healing long before I was born. To have them placed in my hands was one of the most humbling moments of my life — a profound act of trust that I honor every time I work with the mesa, placing it on my clients or having them hold it as part of the healing.
When I work with the mesa in a session, I am not working alone. I am working with everything the mesa carries — the lineage, the land, the ancestors, and the elders who trusted me with these sacred objects.
