Suob is a sacred Filipino ritual that facilitates deep spiritual cleansing and renewal. By releasing therapeutic herbs and flowers into steam, it helps clear away negative energies, subconscious blocks, and lingering spiritual residue. This powerful practice acts as a reset for the soul, allowing for transformation, inner peace, and a fresh sense of clarity and balance. It’s a gentle yet profound way to reconnect with your spirit and foster inner harmony.

WHAT IS SUOB: SACRED STEAM CLEASE RITUAL?
Suob (pronounced SUE-ohb) is a sacred Filipino healing tradition used by various ethnic groups to release negativity — whether physical, mental, or spiritual. It involves boiling a special blend of herbs and flowers, then releasing the healing steam inside a large blanket that envelops the body.
This gentle steam supports detoxification, boosts circulation, and nourishes the skin. Spiritually, it acts as a powerful reset — clearing away lingering negative energies, fostering renewal, and opening space for transformation. Many people leave the ritual feeling more peaceful, clear, and refreshed — like a new beginning.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
You must notify me within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment to reschedule. A $25.00 fee may apply for rescheduling, as others could have used the time slot. If you fail to arrive for an in-person session, you have the option to reschedule - however you will be charged in full for the missed appointment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
When you arrive, we’ll discuss your intentions for the ritual. After that, I’ll leave you to undress privately and settle in comfortably, wrapped in a robe or towel, sitting on a chair. While you prepare, I’ll craft a personalized herbal blend to help with your sacred cleanse.
As you relax, focusing on breathing exercises and listening to calming music, you’ll physically, mentally, and spiritually prepare for the experience.
Depending on your needs, I may also include vibrational sounds, shamanic healing, or singing traditional Filipinx prayers and affirmations to deepen your spiritual release and help you feel renewed from within.
HOW LONG DOES
A SESSION LAST?
The actual Suob ritual is approximately 45-50 minutes. You can expect to meet with me for 90 minutes total, which allows time for preparation and discussion at the beginning, and integration at the end of the session.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a robe/coverup and a towel.
Bring a flower (up to 3) to add to the herbal mixture.
