SUOB: SACRED STEAM RITUAL
Suob is a traditional Filipino ritual of deep spiritual and energetic cleansing, one of the sacred practices I learned from indigenous healers in the Philippines. Using the natural power of aromatic herbs like oregano, ginger, and lemongrass, this gentle steam ritual clears negative energies, restores inner balance, and nourishes the mind, body, and spirit from the inside out. Ancestral medicine in its most elemental form.

Tawas is an ancient Filipino divination and diagnostic practice passed down through generations of healers. Using papel (paper), itlog (egg), or molten wax from a kandila (burning candle), I read the shapes that form to identify what is affecting you, physically, energetically, or spiritually. One of the oldest healing practices I carry, and one of the most profound.
