✦ Confidentiality
All information you share and all reading content you receive is held in complete confidentiality. Your personal details and question will never be shared with any third party.
✦ Delivery
Written readings (The Spark, The Journey) are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form. Voice readings (The Spark + Voice, The Deep Dive) are delivered within 72 hours. Delivery times are based on business days and may vary during holidays or high volume periods.
✦ Intake Form
A reading cannot be prepared without a completed intake form. Your purchase is not complete until your question has been submitted via the intake form link provided on your order confirmation page.
✦ Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the personal and time-sensitive nature of readings, refunds are not available once your intake form has been submitted and your reading is in progress.
✦ Subscriptions
Subscription plans (The Journey, The Deep Dive) are billed monthly. One question per billing cycle. Unused readings do not roll over to the following month. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
✦ Right to Decline
We reserve the right to decline or refund a reading request if the question falls outside the scope of tarot guidance or is deemed inappropriate.
✦ Accuracy
Tarot readings reflect possibilities and energetic patterns at the time of the reading. They are not predictions and outcomes are never guaranteed. You always have free will to make your own choices.
