I'm Maria Haswell — and I'm glad you found your way.

I work with people at exactly those thresholds. Through tarot readings, energy healing, ceremonies, soul guidance, and ancestral work, I help you hear what's already speaking to you — from your body, your spirit, your lineage, and the unseen world around you.
My practice is shaped by over thirty years of seeking: training with Q'ero elders in the Andes of Peru, sitting with a mystic elder in Bolivia, learning from indigenous healers rooted in Babaylan tradition and a Mumbaki elder of the Ifugao — the indigenous highland people of northern Luzon in the Philippines — and drawing from spiritual teachers across many traditions. I bring all of it into every session.

The Mystic's Path is a 6-month Sacred Healing Arts initiation. Lineage transmitted directly from teacher to student. Not a course. Not a certification program.
A living practice passed down through thirty years of Q'ero Andean and Filipino ancestral traditions.
I accept a maximum of three students per cohort. Each one is chosen personally.

WHERE THIS WORK COMES FROM
In 2011, I traveled to Peru and trained with three Q'ero elders in the Andes, and studied with a mystic shaman in Bolivia. In 2020 and again in 2023, I returned to the Philippines, my motherland, to sit with indigenous healers and Babaylan rooted practitioners, learning sacred practices that have been passed down through generations.
I do not practice as a Q'ero paqo, or claim the babaylan title. What I carry is my own — an integrated practice shaped by these teachers, these traditions, and thirty+ years of working with real people at real turning points in their lives.

MYSTIC GODDESS SIGILS TAROT
In 2020 I made my first journey back to the Philippines — my motherland. What I found there changed me. The sacred symbols, the ancient scripts, the land itself — all of it poured into a creation I hadn't planned: an original tarot deck born from that pilgrimage.
The Mystic Goddess Sigils Tarot features my own designs inspired by my travels in the Philippines and studies in Peru and Bolivia, with card backs inspired by the ceremonial malong I wear in sacred rituals, and reverse keywords written in Baybayin — the pre-colonial writing script of the Philippines.
