Soul Guidance isn't therapy. It's not coaching. It's not a class.
It's a sustained, private, sacred container where you're completely seen, not just where you are, but what you're capable of. Where your knowing is validated, your gifts are developed, and the version of you that's been waiting finally gets to emerge.
Every session is different because you are different. I bring 30 years of lineage, ceremony, and intuitive practice to every moment we spend together. What I bring doesn't come from a textbook. It comes from the Q'ero elders in Peru, the mystics of Bolivia, the Babaylan healers of the Philippines, and from everything I've lived.
I've been homeless. I've lost a parent while eight months pregnant. I've rebuilt myself from nothing more times than I can count. I know what it is to carry something heavy. And I know what it is to finally put it down.

No. Soul Guidance is intuitive, spirit-informed mentorship. If you are looking for mental health support, please seek a licensed therapist. Maria works alongside, not instead of, professional mental health care.
Q: Do I need prior experience with energy healing or spirituality?
No. You need curiosity and readiness. Maria meets you exactly where you are.
Q: Can I work with Maria virtually?
The Arrival is in person only at Kapwa Wellness or off-site. The Awakening and The Full Journey include virtual options for phone connections and some sessions.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
Maria Haswell is a Filipina American mystic, ceremonialist, and lineage-trained healer with over 30 years of practice. She has trained with Q'ero elders in Peru, a mystic elder in Bolivia, and Babaylan healers in the Philippines. She is the founder of Kapwa Wellness in San Ramon, CA and the creator of the Mystic Goddess Sigils Tarot.
She has sat with people in their darkest moments; grief, illness, abuse, addiction, identity crisis, spiritual emergency and helped them find their way back to themselves. She does not fix people. She witnesses them until they remember they were never broken.
