Your consciousness is opened in new ways to your multidimensional nature giving you a direct experience of who and what you are. By experiencing life in this way, obstacles in your life that are not related to your life path and what you are called to do in this lifetime are often removed, bringing you to a state of balance. These obstacles may be physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual in nature. Often combinations of these are addressed as they are interdependent in this wider perspective.

I'm a certified Hypnotherapist. I use a number of techniques including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in my practice to help my clients. I am a proud member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.

As an Intuitive Life Coach, I work one-on-one with clients to support their personal growth, transformation, and empowerment. I work as a mentor to help you identify your needs and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of your life.

Overall Big Picture

There are three basic questions at the core of what I do.

1. Does the mind/soul exist separately from the brain?

2. Can being in a meditative state help you heal?

3. Do energy fields exist?

For me, the answer to all three of these questions is, “yes.” Now just because I believe this, I don’t think that you should. A belief is a subjective view point.
