WHY LEARN FROM ME
After thirty years of training across many healing modalities and traditions, I came to understand something that changed everything: healing doesn't live in a technique or a certificate. It lives in intention. Every one of us has the capacity to channel healing energy — to ourselves and to others. The traditions and tools are simply ways of focusing what is already there.
As a mystic, I don't just teach energy healing. I initiate my students into it. When you learn with me, something shifts — not just in your knowledge, but in you. You begin to trust what you feel. You begin to believe in what you can do. And with patience, practice, and the right guidance, you find your own way of working that is uniquely yours.

PRIVATE LESSONS
One-on-one sessions tailored entirely to you — your pace, your level, your goals. Every student's learning timeline is different. Some develop confidence in the techniques within 4 to 5 sessions, while others benefit from continued support over a longer period. However long it takes, I am here for all of it. Available in person at Kapwa Wellness or virtually via Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp.
First session: $250 (1.5 hours)
Additional sessions: $150 (1.25 hours)
$50 for each additional 30 minutes if a session runs over
GROUP LESSONS
A six-session course for small groups who want to learn energy healing together. Over six classes of 75 minutes each, you'll develop practical healing skills, practice with each other, and leave with the confidence and tools to begin your own healing work.
Group lessons are available by arrangement with a minimum of 4 students enrolled. Reach out and let me know you're interested — once we have enough students, we'll get it scheduled.
$450 p/person for 6 consecutive sessions (75 minutes each)

WHAT IS ENERGY HEALING?
Energy healing is a traditional healing system that works with the flow of energy throughout the body, mind, and spirit. When energy becomes blocked — through stress, trauma, limiting beliefs, or emotional wounds — it affects our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Energy healing works to restore balance and flow, supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself.
There are many forms of energy healing practiced across cultures and traditions worldwide. What I teach draws on training and integration across many of those traditions — distilled into a practical, powerful approach that you can actually use.
HOW WILL I LEARN?
We learn by doing. I draw on experience across many healing modalities to teach you the tools and techniques — and then we practice together, one on one, in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.
You'll receive in-depth hands-on practice, personalized feedback, and real guidance on how to develop your skills and build your confidence. Every student learns differently, and I tailor each lesson to where you are and where you want to go.
For those who want to build a professional healing practice, I also share what I know about starting your own work — finding clients, building trust, and stepping into your role as a healer with integrity and confidence.
You will emerge from these lessons with practical tools, a deeper trust in your own gifts, and the knowledge that you are capable of doing this work.
