What is a Life Coach?

A Life Coach works one-on-one with a client to support personal growth, transformation, and empowerment. A Life Coach acts as a mentor, to help clients identify their needs and take the steps necessary to improve the quality of their life.

Because the coaching process is based on trust, it's important that you choose a coach you feel comfortable with.

A Life Coach can't do anything for a client unless the client is ready to take action. A Life Coach is a sounding board for ideas, but the final work is really up to the client.

Coaching is not for you if you are depressed or in need of a professional therapist.

Why Me? 

Having had many colorful and challenging experiences in my own life, I realized that my purpose in life was to help others in the best way I can, by learning from my own personal challenges and growth.

As an Intuitive Counselor, I have helped many people through personal transformations; and the next logical step for me was to become an Intuitive Life Coach. As an Intuitive Life Coach, I work with my inner guidance, intuition, and spirit guides to assist others with integrity and honesty.

My sessions are done one-on-one over the phone or in person.

My philosophy is simple. It is my intent to help empower your life with your strengths, values and purpose. Having a new outlook on life will enable you to create value for yourself and others around you.

Each one of us is a unique individual, filled with potential and purpose. Yet, we may find ourselves uncertain, reluctant or blocked from realizing or expressing our highest personal capacities.

I use my intuitive abilities and work with spirit guides to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and allow you to make positive life choices.
